At Total C.A.M. Solutions, we are always looking for ways to improve our service, enhance our operations, and provide a better experience for our valued customers and suppliers. As part of our continued growth, we are excited to announce that we have officially expanded into Unit 1, which will now serve as our dedicated front office and customer reception area.
This new space has been designed to create a more welcoming and professional environment for visitors while allowing our workshop operations to run even more efficiently.
Effective immediately, Unit 1 will become the main point of contact for all customer visits.
Whether you are visiting us for:
- Customer appointments
- Meetings
- Quoting and project discussions
- Product collections
- General enquiries
Please make your way directly to Unit 1, where our administration team will be available to assist you. Having a dedicated reception area allows us to provide a smoother customer experience and ensures your visit is handled promptly and professionally.
To improve the efficiency of receiving materials and freight, we kindly ask that all deliveries and pickups be directed to the roller shutter door at the side of the unit.
This includes:
- Courier
- Freight services
- Material suppliers
- Customer drop-offs and collections
Delivering directly to the roller shutter allows our workshop team to safely unload goods and minimise disruptions to production, helping us maintain efficient turnaround times for all projects.
